Finally got round to compiling new kernel, new (0.7.92) bttv modules,
etc. Turns out, card=65 works right. (Strange?) Reception is still bad,
but at least the software side of things seems sorted out well.

The only option I gave it was "card=65". The rest wasn't necessary.
