Hmm,

We have the exact same card (although my card is FlyVideo 2000) according to 
your lspci output - so this is what I have put on my /etc/modules.conf...

alias char-major-81 videodev
alias char-major-81-0   bttv
options bttv card=65 radio=0 tuner=5 pll=1
options tuner debug=0

However - I think I might be missing something (btaudio) as I can record 
sounds after running xawtv -no-xv mode, but with programs like ffmpeg I can't 
record sound...

Regarding the tuner - I live here in Israel so our broadcast is PAL, so you 
might need to change the tuner and the pll..

Could some soul tell me where to load the btaudio and what options it got?
