Days and days searching with google and I hadn't thought on searching
his email  :P  Ok, I have it now, I have sent him an email and I'm
waiting answer (I pray, pray, pray... :)  )

Yes, it's a Parallel Port webcam, and it's also called PPC1. There are
another similar webcams as Vivitar MPP or some generic models. None of
the webs that links to the project says anything in special about the
drivers. Steve Miller told me that this webcam doesn't use CPiA nor
CPiA2 chip.
