I was shocked to find that he had his own website but the only thing on his website is an ASCII visual representation of himself. NOthing more, nothing less. What I have noticed from the googles searches for why I recommended the email is that it seems his latest contributions to linux or interests for that matter, appears to be dealing with firewalls. I guess (and I am assuming at this point. [Not a good thing :-P ]) that Matthias isn't updating any content to his website, until he is sure that he has an ironed wall. I'm glad that I was helpful in some way and I will continue to see what I grab for your webcam, A Creative Quickcam PPC1 equivalent to a Vivitar MPP or other generic webcam. I should have something hopefully in about another ten to twenty minutes. An hour at best. altoine
