Bill, forgive my ignorance,  but what do you do to specify this?  How do you
choose the video mixer vs the audio jack mixer?

Well for line 2, I just use:

    aumix -d /dev/mixer2 -2R -299 -q

For video I have to do this interactively because
I don't know how to use flags for the video input:

    aumix -d /dev/mixer2 -I

(use space key to select video, right cursor for increasing
volume).
