xawtv conf file, DGA, v4l-conf -a?

Some questions:
- Where is bttv configuration file?
- Where is xawtv configuration file?  I try searching all HD for xawtvrc file without success. xawtv always start in PAL and euro frec, and overlay do not work.
- How is assigned the number  /dev/video0 or 1 to each device, after install Red Hat 7.1 with the usb camera unplugged I first Install the bttv drivers.
- How to enable DGA support?
- What is the address for v4l-conf -a?
