----------SUCESS AT LAST----------------
Hi,
Lots of THANKS to all of you. YES, I have been
sucessful in running the TV Capture Card using xawtv
and saa7134.
After following the above instructions I ran 'make
modules' and 'make modules_install'. Then 'modprobe
saa7134' and 'xawtv' run like a breezw :).

Few things remains to be solved :
1. Audio is not available.
2. Cannot capture audio / video.

It'll be great if some more help is offered.
Best Wishes.
ash.
