You will probably need to setup the redhat kernel tree.

cd /usr/src/linux-2.4
cat Makefile | sed 's/8custom/8/g' > Makefile.new
mv Makefile.new Makefile
make mrproper
cp /boot/config-2.4.20-8 .config
make oldconfig
make dep

Now, make the saa7134 module.  See if that helps.
