For some reason nothing was told in the saa7134 datasheet about such
limitations... 

In what circumstances is 48kHz expected to work? 

And with oss_rate=48000, TV audio is received on channel LINE2. Is
this intentional? I have not tried radio yet but does the radio stream
use the same mixer input somehow then?
