Hey,

I've got little to so with the zr36120 driver, but I've used the
bigphysarea patch before, so I'll try to give some hints there.

Hm? You're supposed to apply the bigphysarea patch to your vanilla
(unpatched) 2.4.20 kernel tree. It should apply without poblems (it did
here), and then you can just re-make-menuconfig, select the bigphysrea
option (it's in one of the first submenus), and
recompile/reinstall/reboot the new kernel.

On your card, so move the card out of the PCI slot and have a look at
the chips on it (they've got numbers printed on them).
