I have no idea what is going on. Any > chance the TV station really sends a mono signal only? It's possible. I was using my vcr to test it, plugging in a stereo cd player and running the output to the card. It seemed not to work, but later proved to be an unreliable way to test as it seems not to output true stereo despite it being a stereo vcr. I'll see if I can find another way to test it and verify this for sure. There's another issue now which I didn't even notice before. Interference. The picture just doesn't look good at all when using the tuner. I have no idea how it looks on svideo or composite inputs but it seems as if the MT2032 is much more picky about signal quality then my pctv studio (non pro) was. There's fuzzy vertical lines going down the screen. Also, color seems off. I used a signal amplifier and it helped a bit but color gets even more distorted then. Taking off my splitter and not using the amplifier seemed to help even more. I don't know why it's acting like this as the other card gave really good picture quality with the same signal.
