Dear all,

In these few days, I spent time on the MSP34X0G datasheeet. I believe
Pinnacle PC TV Pro is using MSP3410G chips.

Look at your card or "dmesg". There are known variants with either MSP3410G and MSP3450G

(Or, you get a difference
chip on your board?)
The sheet shows that demodulation of FM-radio signal should use the chip
msp34[2-5]0G. So, is that mean 3410g can't use as process FM radio

No. See below.

signal, or PCTV pro should use other chips?! Or datasheet get error?!
Maybe it is off-topic, I am sorry for that but I am really want to slove
my PCTV Pro FM radio in stereo problem.

Get "MSP 34xyG, MSP 44xyG Recommendations for FM Radio Application with TV Tuner; Micronas APPLICATION NOTE IC",
Edition Sept. 23, 2002 6251-592-2AN:

"All MSP 342y, MSP 344y, and MSP 345y support FM-Stereo Radio.
In MSP 340y and MSP 341y, it is avail-able from version B11 and later."

And (no) surprise, my PCTV pro has:
msp34xx: init: chip=MSP3410G-B11 +nicam +simple +radio
                             ^^^

The application note has recommendations for radio setup (with automatic sound select mode).
Perhaps it gives stereo when treated like this ?
