OH.. I just misunderstand the meaning of 'y' is 341y.  I just think that
there should a chip in MSP34[0-9]+Y which 'y' means a character 'Y'. 
Anyway, I am a newbie in kernel driver and electronic chips world.  I
really thank for your information.

Yes, I think the chips can auto select the 'right' mode under any
situation or signal.  And, I believe the msp3400.o modules correctly setup
the register under radio mode.  (Of course, I've tried many combination
but no luck).
I will start look at the code in tuner.c for MT2032 next.  Since, I found
that some TV channels can be tune under WinXP but not Linux.  Maybe the FM
radio signal is not strong enough to make the MSP chips think it is in
stereo mode.  I hope I can get luck in tuner.c....
Or, do you have any idea or suggestion?  I really a newbie in electronic
chips world.
