I have a very similar PCTV Pro with MT2032 tuner, and radio does not work
for me, and I see something like this in my logs whenever I try to tune in
any FM station:
... tuner: frequency out of range: 400 (85-107)
no matter what is the freq I try. Same happens with three different radio
applications.

I have heard that this error is probably caused by wrong tuner, but it
actually works perfectly for TV.
I will be happy to test/provide additional card info.
I also. Is your card new? I think we then have the same chips on it.
