uhci and usb-uhci are just different implementations of the same exact
hardware and API.

2.4.10 is pretty old, but I suspect SuSE has applied atleast some USB
patches. It's difficult to tell which ones they did apply.

2.4.19-pre10 has the best drivers for both uhci and usb-uhci.

I know that a problem with syncing Visor's with uhci was fixed a while
ago, but that may have been after 7.3 was released.

I would atleast try to find a newer SuSE kernel and try that.
