I'm afraid this isn't going to help, because caminfo is only capable of 
extracting information from a *working* device. In this case it's probably 
better to post a dump of /proc/bus/usb/devices with the camera plugged in  
and HDC modules loaded, so that perhaps one of the developers here 
recognizes the layout of endpoints and max transfer sizes.
