visor on older kernels does not work with the uhci driver.  On the
latest (2.4.18 or greater) it works just fine.  This is due to bugs in
the uhci driver, not in the visor driver.

I would _really_ suggest you upgrade your kernel, as USB support has
gotten a lot more stable lately.

And also realize that the ultracam driver is not in the kernel tree yet,
so any problems that you have with it (or with interactions of it) you
need to ask the authors of that driver.

Do you have a pointer to the driver on the web somewhere, so I can take
a look at it?
