Hi Hope some of you guys might have worked with h263 telenor encoder.. i have command line h263 encoder .tmn1.7.. i grab a image using my webcam and store it as .ppm file,.. when i use the command line utility ./tmn it generates a ppm file but when i decode with ./tmndec im not able to get back my original image have someone worked with it pls help me anand
