The Medion card needs its own config entry in saa7134-cards.c

And we'll need a new insmod option, because autodetection isn't going to
work.  Both Lifeview and Medion (or who really built that card) saved a
few cents for the eeprom, thus the cards have no Subsystem ID and they
can't be autodetected because of that :-(

I'll put up a snapshot later today.

make sure you load alsa first.
