Which is about 320 Euros including 16% VAT (which is always included in
German price quotes). US buyers would probably not have to pay the
German VAT, but would get charged by customs.

The same site for USB had the PCI version for $180 or so (205 Euros)
Most likely this is without any tax. Of course it's well established
that almost everything in Germany is more expensive than in the US,
so this shouldn't come as a big surprise.
