I need a V4L2 framegrabber program that will work from a command line.
My video card is a WINNOV VIDEUM PCI card and the driver for that
is V4L2.  XAWTV works fine, but it has a GUI and I need something that can
run from scripts.

I have tried the VIDEODOG application but it is V4L1 only and gets ioctl
errors when I try to use it.  I have tried the STREAMER application that
comes with XAWTV but it hangs my system so bad I have to reboot.

Kernel is 2.4.10 from a RedHat distribution.
