Will full hardware scaling on the second head of the card? I thought
that was not possible with XFree86, only framebuffer, using the
matroxset utility to reroute CRTC1 to the second head/display.

Cool. Just to confirm, it will accelerate even when displaying on the
second display/head (because that's the only head that supports
TV-Out)?

Maybe not. I never really tried syncfb with XFree86 because I need
TV-Out and wanted acceleration and hardware scaling, both of which I
thought were unavailale to the TV-Out head with XFree86.

If the picture on the TV with XFree866 is not as dark as it was with
the G400 using the framebuffer, and syncfb works, with hardware
acceleration and hardware scaling I will be very pleased.
