I have one (or two or three...).  I think you can purchase them from
Echostar.  I know them as the "1020 PCI card". They are manufactured by
BroadLogic, but I think they have custom Echostar modifications and
firmware. Linux drivers exist (not VFL though). If you purchase it, you
will likely only get Windows drivers.  Go ahead and ask for the Linux
drivers, it can't hurt to let them (us) know that there is a demand...
