Sensoray has several types of frame grabbers with multi-input. You could
take a look at
http://www.sensoray.com/html/frame_grabbers.htm
and choose one that you feel it meets your most requirements.

Can anone recommend a multi-input card that is still being made? I'm
working on a security application that will need to drive up to 8
cameras.

Thanks,
