Did you installed km driver from gatos.sourceforge.net?
This driver is responsible for /dev/video0 handling.

If yes, what is in logs? Try dmesg command and look at its output related 
to v4l and ATI.

I dont know :)
I'm only trying to purchase the same card, and reading about it, so my 
knowledge is pure theoretical :)
