[SAA7134] Status of sound at SK Monster TV.

Hi,

 I'm porting saa7134 driver for SK Net Monster TV.

 I was succeeded to sound from TV with managing MSP3445G.

 I modifyed msp3400 driver (temporally called msp34x5) for EIA-J NTSC (In Japan),
and modified saa7134 driver to manage  MSP3445G.

 Sound from tuner is okay,but still has some of problems.

  Kernel Version : 2.4.20 pre7
  Driver source version : 0.1.10 ( 8, Aug 2002)

  [Problems]

   1. Sounds from only line-out,oss driver is not implement yet.
   2. Muting is imcomplete. i.e. On exiting xawtv,sound is continued.
   3. External Line in is still not sound. Only from tuner.
   4. Sometimes, using radio and tuning, kernel is stallen.

  Please merge and check below patch.
