Hi, I heard about spec of SKNet Monster TV2 from web board. see: http://pc.2ch.net/test/read.cgi/avi/1022684776/460 (written in Japanese). http://pc.2ch.net/test/read.cgi/avi/1022684776/79 (written in Japanese). From these articles and others: Board seems to be same as Monster TV1 except video-decoder and tuner. After Board Rev 1.4,Video decoder changed to SAA7130HL. Tuner changed to FM1236 MK2/3.
