Once at the page, along the top there is a list of choices: Summary | Admin | Home Page | Forums | Tracker | Bugs | Support | Patches | Lists | Tasks | Docs | Surveys | News | CVS | Files | Click on Lists then click on the "Subscribe/Unsubscribe/Preferences" text in the (go to Subscribe/Unsubscribe/Preferences) beside the list named openpvr-devel.
