Patch(xawtv-3.60): signal strength and stereo indicator for radio

Hi,
this patch adds:
- stereo/mono indicator (as read from the tuner)
    (Note: The current API doesn't guarantee you read from
     your tuner; the i2c stacking/broadcasting let the drivers
     overwrite values of others.)
- show signal strength (as read from the tuner)
- continous real-time update of both (every sec)

Test/comment if you like. Gerd please apply.
