VBI capture

Many thanks to Trent and Justin for pointing me to the VBI interface.

I have got bttv-v4l2 installed and working. I can grab images using
streaming buffers fine, and I think the same is working for vbi - they
appear to have matching timestamps anyway.

However, I don't really understand the format of the vbi data. It seems I
cannot change the sampling rate from 28636363 (28.6MHz?), the offset from
244 or the samples per line from 1600.

Is there a way I can interpret this data as 640 pixels by N lines of
image data? (i.e. what it would look like if I could just extend the
image region)

Thanks,

Iain.
