How to omit audio chips detection

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi,

I have been working with a AverMedia BT878 based card which hasn't TV
only two Composite inputs, it works but the problem is that when the
bttv module is loaded it try to detect the audio chips (MSP34XX, TDA,
etc) via i2c and takes a huge time to realize that the cards hasn't any
of these, I put the autoload=0 and tuner=4 options but it seems that
this doesn't have nothing to do with the audio chips.
Does anyone how to tell BTTV no to check for the audio chips ?

TIA
