I have a similar card and am seeing the same thing.  However on my
work box (upgrade from 6.2), it works.  On my home box (upgrade from
7.0), it does not work (no video).  I have yet to troubleshoot the
problem.

If Microsoft Built Cars:  Every time they repainted the 
lines on the road, you'd have to buy a new car.
Occasionally your car would just die for no reason, and 
you'd have to restart it, but you'd just accept this.
