My Temic tyner work with Philips PAL tuner too. (It works with lot of 
other types of tuners.. Temic and Philips...) ;-) There is maybe not 
much diferences.

But you are right.. I study datasheet of my tuner and my tuner is not 
for NTSC.  (but my manual of TV card write PAL & NTSC. :-()
