This, generally speaking, isn't enough memory to do video.  Buffering 
requirements for the filesystem alone will eat that up.  I have no 
problems with half a gig, but no idea where the border case may be.

This may also be too slow.  I didn't have a lot of luck with a 400mhz 
K6-II, but found the mobo hardware (5 year old via stuff) wasn't spot 
on and moved to a different, much faster machine.
