I have an AverTVstereo card in an RH 8 box with PentIV 1.6 Ghtz 512 meg 
mem.  Works very well for video from USA Cox Cable system.

I tried installing RH 9 but it floundered on the tvcard so I just went 
back to RH 8.  I will try a bit later w/RH 9 and wonder if RH has any 
fixes for it.  I use the xawtv driver.
