Thanks, I'd already tried with several card types (among which
52--autodetection picks type 39 btw.) and all tuner types several times (in a somewhat
automated fashion though). It should be a PAL tuner, or rather, the card should
in some form support the PAL-BG signal (it says PAL BG/I/DK/SECAM on the
box), which is what I'm feeding it. (Another thing on the box is "03/02", which
might be a revision date indicating that the card is pretty new.)

This card appears to be rather similar to the Pinnacle PCTV Pro cards for
the US and Germany listed in the gallery; except that it is bright red of
course, and there are some other, mostly small, differences in the layout. Even
the EEPROM dump of the German card is almost byte-for-byte equal to mine,
except for

00a0 32 30 33 35 36 30 36 31 32 37 32 32 37 32 32 38 2035606127227228
00b0 31 37 ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff 17..............

where mine has

00a0 32 30 33 35 36 30 36 36 35 31 33 31 37 32 31 36 2035606651317216
00b0 33 32 ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff 32..............

(which up to the last '3' matches the first part of the number on the
barcode sticker on the box).

Also, the PCB numbers are similar but different (the German card has number
EMPTYV-51012969-1.4 and mine has EMPTYV-51014521-2.2A). The information
reported by 'detect' is however quite different. (The card from the gallery shows
seven devices, where mine only shows four.)

One last thing, although I've tried with type 52, the type description is
actually "Pinnacle Studio PCTV Pro", and this card does not have the "Studio"
in its name. It also seems quite different from the Studio card (judging from
the gallery picture).

Thanks,
Eyran
