Try current CVS (see http://sf.net/projects/mjpeg/), it has some fixes
regarding this error. You could also wait for 0.9.5.

I've given them a go now. Am I right in saying the module option 'card=x' has been removed? Is it autodetecting now? I'm also getting the 'taint kernel' warning from the zoran.o module too, is this just cause its out of cvs?

Eitherway, I get this error in my log now:-
May 15 13:56:31 firefly kernel: Linux video capture interface: v1.00
May 15 13:56:31 firefly kernel: Zoran ZR36060 + ZR36057/67 MJPEG board driver version 0.9 May 15 13:56:31 firefly kernel: MJPEG[0]: Zoran ZR36057 (rev 1) irq: 5, memory:0xec003000.
May 15 13:56:31 firefly kernel: MJPEG[0]: Initializing i2c bus...
May 15 13:56:31 firefly kernel: MJPEG[0]: Card not supported
May 15 13:56:31 firefly kernel: No known MJPEG cards found.

Which leading on to the next question...

If your card has a vpx3216X or vpx3220X chip, it'll work. If it has a
vpx3224X or vpx3225X, it won't (yet).

Does the above error mean I've got a card with the latter chips on it? I haven't opened the machine yet to actually have a look on the card itself. What were the differences in features between the two?

If so, how far off are we talking to get it working and is there anything I can do to help, assist or test?

Arthur.
