I use vloopback extensively with effectv, cinelerra, and veejay. What sort of problems are you having. My first recomendation is to use the tibit hacked version from http://www.tibit.org. I'm having a vloopback problem at the moment myself that I need some help with on VectorLinux (slackware) I think its an interupt problem as /prov/interupts looks like a lot of stuff is sharing 11.
