Ok, now v4l2 (videodevX) and meteor2 drivers are installed and my
meteor2 MC card too.
I've patched the videodevX.h file including <linux/highmem.h>, otherwise
depmod command fails on
an unresolved symbol.
The card is available from /proc/pci, but modprobe meteor2 failed
(segmentation fault) and from /proc/modules
meteor2 is : meteor2 364576 (initializing)
I've not set the kernel with mem=xxM to allow DMA, should I do ?

Have you installed a meteor2 card running with v4l2-20030318.tar.gz
driver and meteor2 driver from meteor2-2.1.1.tgz ??
Sofar I haven't tried v4l2-20030318.tar.gz and I won't have much time to look
at this in the near future. For now use the old version if you can.
