Use a newer version. The latest Mar 13 snapshot finally fixed the mplayer greenscreen problem with PAL fullscreen. It's still missing the Fv2K tvaudio thread initiailzation though (I just sent an email to Gerd with the patch). TV Audio unmuting via v4l1-compat mplayer (0.90rc4) is still not working yet.
