Fame - Sony Picturebook

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hello All,

I am attempting to capture MPEG video from the Sony Picturebook v4l
device and thought I could use FAME to do it. I believe mp1e is also a
highly recommended MPEG capture tool, but the Picturebook has a Crusoe
processor and mp1e works only with Pentium MMX(?). Is this true for Fame
as well, because although audio capture works ok, all I am getting in
the mpg file that Fame captures is green frames. Does this have anything
to do with the frame rate?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as would pointers to any other
useful software that might enable me to capture mpeg off the V4l device.

Thanks,
Prashant
