MJPEG = zoran driver. :-). There's no datasheet on philips' website
(http://www.semiconductors.philips.com/pip/PIP_8.html), which means
there's no public datasheet (yet?). since you have the NDA datasheets
(how?), try to compare the saa7114 and saa7115 ones, if they're fairly
similar you could try to hack the saa7114 so that it supports the
saa7115 too... Different numbers are usually different chips though
(saa7110/saa7111 are totally different), so don't expect too much here.

(LML's next-gen card uses a saa7114, which is why we have a i2c driver
for this thing).
