It seems the problem has to do with using V4L2_PIX_FMT_RGB32 (and yes, 0.9.5 has it too). It turns out it doesn't oops with V4L2_PIX_FMT_RGB565... I'm using 768x576 and V4L2_FIELD_INTERLACED.
