The vpx3220.c doesn't support SECAM yet. It should be trivial to fix,
but I 
don't have time to do it right now (I'm sick and I'm reinstalling my
linux 
box). All you have to do is to create a init_secam table which is an
exact 
copy of the init_pal table, except that register 0xf2 should be 0x3d5
instead 
of 0x3d1.

could you please test whether this works? If it does, I'll change CVS to
support SECAM too.
