Looking for a little bit of help getting sound from my ATI-Wonder TV card working
under Redhat 7.3. It's the PCI card version and video and sounds worked well under
Win2K.
I finally got the video looking pretty good under Linux, everythings shows up well,
all channels. But sound I get nothing at all from the cable singal.
The sound is working on the machine, because I get litte beeps and
tweets from the machines at times, but nothing from the TV card.
I just installed Redhat 7.3, so have not yet done anything to
set up or play with sounds in any way.
So what might the problem be? Do I need to mess with the /etc/modules.conf
settings? Do I need to enable the line IN signal under linux? Play with
the mixer settings?
Thoughts?
