Hi, I am trying to capture video and stereo audio on Hauppauge WinTV-PCI(0070:13eb) in Japan. EIA-J is a audio format used in Japan, but current msp34xx driver does not seem to support it. When I use msp3400.o, it thinks the audio is BTSC mode and I can record mono audio with the msp3400 and btaudio, but I can't change the mode to stereo. I tried several commands of v4lctl and options for capture programs, but haven't had any luck so far. Is this a known problem, or do I miss something? Has anyone succeeded to record the stereo audio of the EIA-J format with the msp34xx driver? Thanks, -- Nori Kanazawa
