Are you referring to TV audio or external audio? The FlyVideo 2000 only has mono in the TV audio portion. As for external audio, I haven't checked this myself recently, but it's controlled via GPIO lines and I don't think it should've changed since the beginning (saa7134-cards.c entry for FV2K Composite & S-Video entries).
