Mine is bought this month and I walked through all mathmatical combinations of card, tuner, pll. The card is working properly under windows and when using the composite-input. With MT2032-tuner module (33) I got some audio from one or another tv-channel but the picture looks "mistuned", more like green and sometimes colored noise. At some edges it looked a bit like an inverted video-signal. (Could it be possible that the wrong sideband is used?) Audio was also not very clear, but acceptable. I think there is some "basic work" to do with these cards... Tonight I will put some more Informations about this card together, perhaps s.o. can help debugging and reverse-engineering?
