read/write GPIO Data I/O register (PGIO_DATA)

Dear all,

I am trying to access the GPIO Data I/O register (GPIO_DATA) on BT878-based
frame-grabbing board. Anybody happened doing the same thing and could advise
me how to do it? Is it possible through the bttv driver API? How?
