My guess is you really need tuner=27 for this card. All the detection is pretty well dependent on getting the right card & tuner, and while sometimes it can autodetect, quite often it autodetects a wrong value. Look under the label on your tuner for actual numbers and correlate them with the list in Tuners and see what you really have.
